For those who are in need therapeutic support for their ongoing recovery but do not need a residential treatment center, Miniat Transitional living offers our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our holistic and evidence base therapeutic techniques coupled with a 12-step approach to recovery. We provide group therapy, life skills, psychiatry, family and individual counseling up to five days per week. Those who live in our transitional living home will also have the choice to take part in our intensive outpatient program for continued support.
The first 90 days, especially the first 30 days, are the most difficult times in sobriety. The support, structure, and individualized services provided in treatment must be continued in a Sober Living Environment.
We provide various daily activities so that you can learn to have fun in sobriety. Often you feel anxiety, fear, disconnected, and alone when entering a new environment. You are guaranteed to feel welcome by our friendly, caring staff and residents. Our staff also serves as mentors as they have a personal understanding of the unique struggles of addiction and many years of professional experience in addiction recovery.
At Miniat Transitional Living, we strive to offer our clients the best that the sober living world has to offer. We believe that by offering our clients the full continuum of care in a safe, dignified and nurturing environment we are offering them an amazing opportunity not just for recovery but self-transformation

Outpatient drug and alcohol treatment programs offer more support and guidance than occasional or once a week rehab counseling. Typically, treatment for alcoholism or drug addiction consists of multiple day or evening sessions throughout the week; including access to 12 step programs and sober living/sobriety support groups.
